It is important to remember that we still have a number of months in this year. If you are a smaller company you are very tactical and must keep you eye on finishing this year strongly.
Every year must stand on its results and needs to be an improvement over last year.
So there are two track here:
  1. Continue to grow and add process
  2. Plan the strategic steps for next year.

The formulation of process in organizations is a continuing part of the successful growth of all successful organizations. It is a major strategic issue, but quite often is done reactively instead of proactively.
Process includes policy, procedures, work instructions, performance management systems and many other systems that communicate to the organization the methods that are acceptable in the carrying out of the vision of the organization.
Stage one, two and three organizations tend to establish policy and procedure verbally, and commit to writing those critical issues after some failure has occurred.
Stage three and four companies establish written policy and procedures because the only way an organization of this size can successfully function is with a written body of processes to allow consistent performance to occur.
