All individual and organizations go through transitions which quite often is the beginning of another stage of growth.

I work with individuals and organization to:

• understand what is required to successfully go through a transition,
• to facilitate the process of developing and implementing strategic plans,
• to help interpret the risks and the rewards of those plans to the owners, managers and other related parties such as the banks and bonding companies.

I work with the management team to get the appropriate resources (financial, human resources and physical plant). This includes working with banks and economic development organizations with my clients.

I facilitate the development of process necessary to carry the company through the next stage of growth.

Process is the pathway to the future. Process provides efficiency.

I use models to explain where the  individual and  company is and what each needs to do to move to the next stage of growth.

Process is the floor for each successful stage of growth, so we add timely process for each stage of growth. This is a recognition that occurs over time with the teams and requires a commitment to focus weekly on both strategic and tactical result.

The team must commit to a on-going commitment and a data collection process that provides a weekly report of key numbers and financial reports. I work with both the outside accountant and the legal team to keep the process moving.

My role can include any or all of the following: facilitation, coaching and mentoring.
