One of the list that I keep for myself and my clients is a “What is important now list?”. This list is to keep us focused on the issues that must be accomplished. This is just a summary version of the A B C list of priorities. But it keeps us focused on getting the most important task done.
As we are getting close to December 31, there are several issues that should be on everyone’s list.
- Finish the year strongly
- Start the new year out with a clear plan
- Hit the ground moving in the direction you have set
- Make sure there is no drama in your organization
- Say thank you to those that have done a good job this year
- Make sure tax moves are made that are appropriate
